Escuela Infantil en Arteixo.

En el plano urbano se incrementa el espacio público a través de la peatonalización de la C/Río Ulla para conseguir un ambiente urbano en dónde la plaza aumenta en presencia y diálogo con la escuela infantil.

La escuela se construye a través de dos jardines: jardín de invierno (cubierto); y jardín de verano (descubierto). Éstos hacen posible el constante contacto con el exterior durante todo el año, y en donde la vegetación resulta un importante elemento que ayuda a controlar y matizar luz. Los espacios interiores permiten su variación en función de las necesidades de vínculo y ayudan a la continuidad entre la naturaleza y las actividades dadas.

Constructed through two gardens, winter garden (covered) and summer garden (uncover). These make posible the constant contact with the nature during all the seasons of the year. The vegetation is an important element that helps with control and blending light. The interior spaces are able to change in relation to the needs and activities giving continuity betweeen the building and the nature.
